KVJ Művek is 30 years old!
On June 1, 1994, Jenő V. Kiss founded the individual enterprise KVJ MŰVEK.
Although we became an official supplier for the Hungarian Suzuki in 1995, this initially involved only the production of a few parts and low revenue.
We entered the export market through German intermediary companies, producing custom storage and transportation systems for them.
After initial wageworks and the production and distribution of commercial products, within a few years, we were already knocking on the doors of automobile factories.
The 2000s brought a real breakthrough.
As a Suzuki supplier, we expanded our portfolio by pressing and welding parts for the Swiftand WagonR models.
At the same time, in the storage and transportation systems business, we also became an official supplier. Thus, we began serial production and sales of containers for Suzuki and its suppliers.
After 10 years, our role as an automotive supplier became firmly established, and the company’s revenue steadily increased step by step.
To meet customer demands, continuous developments were necessary in technology, infrastructure, quality management systems, and human resources.
During these years, our main investments were focused on manufacturing technologies for small- and medium-sized parts.
Between 2004 and 2007, 15 new pressing machines were installed, the vast majority with a pressing force between 160-250T.
In the same period, a welding hall equipped with 24 spot-welding machines was constructed, and arc welding robots were also put into operation.
In 2006, KVJ MŰVEK became a member of the Videoton Holding, and KVJ MŰVEK Zrt. was established.(ezt emeld ki légyszi)
Thanks to these developments, the second 10-year phase was accompanied by continuous revenue growth.
The production of automotive parts and storage systems became clearly defined as the streamlined profile of our company.
After 20 years, a transformative investment program marked a new chapter for the company.
The past decade’s modernization program began:
A new 1,500 sqm pressing plant was constructed, enabling the production of large automotive parts.
Thanks to this investment, we now have four large, automated machines at our disposal.
This technology provided the opportunity to attract new customers in the market.
KVJ Művek Zrt. became an official supplier for Robert BOSCH and the BWI Group.
The recognition from our partners is also extremely important to us.
Among these accolades, we won an award that is really precious to us, we were named:
Hungarian Suzuki "Supplier of the Year 2014."
The modernization program plannedfor the third decade was completed by 2024:

- Construction of a raw material warehouse
- Development of a material and finished product tracking software
- Procurement of 1 new ISGEC 630T eccentric press
- Procurement of 4 new ISGEC 250T eccentric presses
- Arc welding robots
- Spot welding robots
- Spot welding cooperative robots
- Software supporting manufacturing processes
- Measuring machines
All of these are advanced tools for the company, which, combined with the expertise of senior staff members with decades of professional experience, are well-prepared for the 4th decade.
